金塔县农田防护林体系现状与建议

摘　　要：农田防护林体系是金塔县农业经济发展的基础,目前出现明显的退化衰败现象。通过现状分析,确定退化原因一是水利道路建设和土地整理中被随意砍伐毁坏,二是人为非法火烧刀砍破坏,三是缺乏生态用水造成长势衰败;提出完善全县农田防护林体系建议,加强对现有农田林网的保护,制止破坏行为,确保生态灌溉用水;按照坚持科学规划、小网格窄林带、生态优先的原则,新建人工农田防护林0.13万hm^2。Farmland shelterbelt system is the foundation of agricultural economic development in Jinta county. At present, there is an obvious phenomenon of degeneration and decline. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the causes of degradation are determined as follows: first, the road construction of water conservancy and land consolidation are cut down and destroyed at will;second, the damage is caused by illegal burning and slashing;third, the lack of ecological water causes the growth decline. Put forward suggestions to improve the whole county farmland shelter forest system, strengthen the protection of existing farmland forest network, stop destructive behavior, and ensure ecological irrigation water;In accordance with the principle of scientific planning, narrow forest belt with small grid and ecological priority, a new artificial farmland shelterbelt of 1,300 hm^2 will be built.
