摘  要:设计和研究了迈步自移机尾阀前补偿式四联同步换向阀组,解决了自移机尾刚性架升降的同步问题。采用静态理论分析、专用同步阀组模块化设计、动态模拟仿真相结合的方式,设计和研究了该阀组。结果显示,设计的迈步自移机尾阀前补偿式四联同步阀组,可以实现自移机尾单个刚性架的同步举升和下降,9个阀组串联使用可以使自移机尾9个刚性架同步举升和下降。The front compensation four-joint synchronous reversing valve group was designed and studied to solve the synchronization problem of rising and falling of self-moving tail rigid frame.By means of static theory analysis,modular design and dynamic simulation emulation,valve group was designed and studied.The results show that the designed front compensation four-joint synchronous valve group can achieve the self-moving tail single rigid frame synchronization lift and drop,nine valve groups in series can make the self-moving tail nine rigid frame synchronization lift and drop.
