摘  要:针对采煤工作面纯水支架液压系统介质污染控制问题,开发了一种具有自洁净功能的自动反冲洗过滤装置,可实现正向过滤及在不拆除滤芯的前提下对滤芯上游污染物的反向清洗,分析了该反冲洗过滤装置的工作过程,应用污染控制平衡理论建立了正向过滤及反向冲洗2个阶段的污染控制模型,利用AMESim软件建立了仿真模型。仿真结果表明:在相同过滤时间内,过滤器出口污染浓度随污染重复过滤因子的增大而增大,而过滤器前后压差随污染重复过滤因子的增大而减小;当过滤器前后压差达到反冲设定压力后,仅用时2.51s即可完成反向冲洗;过滤装置出口污染浓度可稳定在49个/mL,满足NAS9级要求,反冲洗瞬间输出流量达336L/min,可满足支架系统使用需求。Aiming at the dielectric pollution control in the hydraulic system of pure water support in coal mining face,an automatic backwash filtration device with self-cleaning function has been developed to achieve forward filtration and reverse cleaning of pollutants upstream of the filter core without removing the filter core.The working process of the backwash filtration device was analyzed,the pollution control model of the two stages of forward filtration and reverse washing were established by applying the pollution control balance theory,and the simulation model was established by using AMESim software.The simulation results show that the filter outlet concentration increases with the increase of pollution repeat filter factor and the pressure difference between front and rear of filter decreases with the increase of pollution repeat filter factor.When the pressure difference between the front and rear of the filter reaches the recoil setting pressure,the reverse flushing can be completed only with in 2.51 s.The exit pollution concentration of the filtration device can be stabilized at 49 null/mL,which meets the requirements of the NAS9 level.The backwash instantaneous output flow reaches 336 L/min,which can meet the needs of the bracket system.
