摘 要:根据采煤机截割部传动系统的传动原理和结构参数,对采煤机截割部传动系统动态特性问题进行研究。采用Pro/E建立摇臂齿轮传动的三维模型,并用ADAMS软件对其进行动力学仿真,在恒定牵引速度下,改变输出端载荷,得到输出端行星轮系齿轮接触力和啮合频率的仿真结果。结果表明:在牵引速度不变时,随着输出端载荷的增大,行星级啮合力增大。According to the transmission principle and structural parameters of the transmission system of the cutting part of the shearer,the dynamic characteristics of the transmission system of the cutting part of the shearer were studied.The 3D model of rocker gear transmission was established by Pro/E,and its dynamic simulation was carried out with ADAMS software,and the output end load was changed at constant traction speed,and the simulation results of contact force and meshing frequency of planetary gear at the output end were obtained.The results show that when the traction speed is constant,the meshing force of the line star becomes larger with the increase of the load at the output end.
