摘　　要：基于拓展数控机床铣削大型内齿圈功能,提出应用GMC2560型数控龙门镗铣床,构建齿形铣削宏程序加工蒸汽吊内齿圈。研究结果表明:通过CAXA电子图板辅助分析,采用圆弧曲线逼近渐开线的方法编制宏程序,可以保证蒸汽吊内齿圈的加工质量。Based on expanding the function of CNC machine tool for milling large internal gear ring,the application of GMC2560 CNC gantry boring and milling machine was put forward.The research results show that by means of CAXA electronic chart aided analysis,the macro program was achieved by means of arc curve approaching the involute,and the quality of the inner gear ring of the steam hoist can be guaranteed.
