摘 要:某型矿用防爆柴油机在进行可靠性试验时出水总管出现裂纹并漏水,为改进其结构,从增大壁厚和增加肋2种途径提出了3套改进方案。为了分析出水总管出现裂纹的原因并验证各改进方案是否满足使用要求,建立了计算模型,分别从强度和模态两方面对出水总管原方案和各改进方案进行了计算和分析,通过计算分析,发现强度满足设计要求,共振是导致出水总管出现裂纹的主要原因。Cracks and water leakage occurred in the outlet main pipe of a mine flameproof diesel engine during reliability test.In order to improve the structure,three sets of structural improvement schemes were put forward through two ways:increasing wall thickness and increasing stiffeners.In order to verify the cause of crack leakage in the outlet main pipe and whether the improved scheme meets the application requirements,a calculation model was established.Strength calculation and modal analysis were carried out for the original and improved schemes of the main outlet pipe respectively.Through calculationand analysis,it is found that the strength meets the design requirements,and resonance is the main cause of cracks in the outlet main pipe.
