摘 要:为有效管控综采放顶煤工作面两端头顶煤丢失导致的安全风险,提高工作面采出率,结合两端头支护和后部刮板输送机机头、机尾的要求,研制出一种用于综放工作面过渡支架顶煤回收的实用型破网装置。该装置以现有过渡支架液压系统和尾梁为基础,通过改造尾梁及插板,采用液压千斤顶为动力驱动插板端头刀齿机构,剪断顶网网丝。试验与应用表明,该装置一次操作可将80%~90%的金属网丝剪断形成破口,顶煤可随破口流入输送机内,调高尾梁伸出插板可减少放煤量直至关闭破口终止放煤,放煤效果良好,解决了工作面两端头过渡支架顶煤无法回收的难题,消除了顶煤丢失带来自然发火的隐患,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。In order to effectively manage and control the safety risk caused by the loss of top coal at both ends of fully mechanized top coal caving face and improve the recovery rate of working face,a practical device of breaking mesh for top coal recovery of transition support in fully mechanized top coal caving face was developed in combination with the requirements of both ends support and the head and tail of rear scraper conveyor.Based on the existing hydraulic system of transition support and reforming the rear canopy and slider,the device adopts hydraulic jack to drive the cutter-tooth mechanism of the end of the slider,and cuts off the top mesh wire.The test and application show that 80%-90%of the metal mesh wire can be cut off to form a break in one operation.Top coal can flow into the conveyor.Raising the rear canopy and extending the slider can reduce the amount of coal caving until closing the break to stop caving.The caving effect is good.The problem that top coal can not be recovered from the transition support is solved,and the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion caused by the loss of top coal is eliminated.Good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
