摘　　要：“冬病夏治”是中医“天人合一”和“治未病”观点的具体运用,其治疗原理可分为“攻邪学说”“储阳学说”和“五行学说”。“攻邪学说”可理解为夏季为攻克体内寒邪、饮邪的最佳时期;“储阳学说”可理解为夏季为储蓄体内阳气的最佳时期;“五行学说”可理解为以长夏之土,克冬之寒水,生秋之肺金。三伏贴是“冬病夏治”的典型运用,不仅可用于治疗阳虚病证,对于实寒性质的病患亦可使用,即适用于治疗一切以阴寒性质为主的疾病。“冬病夏治”的运用不应只拘泥于三伏贴,中药汤剂、针刺、艾灸、穴位注射、拔罐等都可作为“冬病夏治”的治疗手段。"Winter disease treated in summer" is the concrete application of the viewpoints of " harmony of man with nature" and "preventive treatment of disease" in Chinese medicine. Its treatment principles can be divided into " attacking pathogen theory"" storing Yang theory" and " five-element theory"." Attacking pathogen theory" can be understood as the best time for overcoming cold and fluid pathogens in the body in summer;" storing Yang theory" can be understood as the best time for saving Yang in the body in summer;" five-element theory" can be understood as the earth of long summer is used to restrain the cold water in winter, so as to produce the lung gold in autumn." Sanfu tie" is a typical application of " winter disease treated in summer". It can be used not only for the treatment of Yang deficiency,but also for the patients with the nature of excessive cold,that is,for the treatment of all diseases with the nature of yin-cold. The application of " winter disease treated in summer" should not be confined to " three-fu tie". Chinese medicine decoction, acupuncture, moxibustion, acupoint injection, cupping and so on can be used as the treatment means for " winter disease treatment in summer".
