喷涂速凝橡胶沥青涂料在PCCP管道防水防腐中的应用

摘　　要：山西芮城大禹渡泵站预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)外露表面防水防腐采用1.5mm厚cx-SSE喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水防腐涂料设防,有效解决了传统管道防水防腐材料易开裂、剥落的问题,不仅降低了综合成本,还延长了使用寿命。本文系统介绍了cx-SSE防水防腐涂料的性能特点、施工工艺与应用效果。1.5 mm thick cx -SSE spraying rapid curing rubberized bitumen coating was used for waterproofing and anti - corrosion of pre -stressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) pipeline in Dayudu pumping station of Ruicheng, Shanxi. The problems existed in traditional way of waterproofing and anti-corrosion of pipeline, such as easy cracking and spall are solved, comprehensive cost is reduced and life cycle is extended as well. The article introduces properties, construction process and application effect of the coating.
