摘 要:利用高渗透环氧防水涂料和单组分聚氨酯防水涂料构筑新型“桩钉式”复合涂层防水体系,研究了体系的混凝土附着力、抗碳化能力、抗冻性和裂缝追随性等。实验结果表明:桩钉式复合涂层体系与混凝土结构之间附着优异,与干燥混凝土、潮湿混凝土基面的粘结强度大于3.0MPa与2.5MPa,经体系防护后的混凝土试件碳化深度由6.3mm降至1.2mm,冻融300次后试件的压缩强度保持率达70%以上,同时体系具有很好的裂缝追随性及适应基层变形的能力。该体系在黄孝河综合管廊顶板防水施工过程中表现出良好的施工性与防水功效。A peg nail type composite coating waterproofing system is built by high penetration epoxy waterproofing coating and single component polyurethane waterproofing coating. The article studies the system's concrete adhesive strength, carbonization resistance, freezing resistance and crack pursuit performance etc. Results show the bonding between peg nail type composite coating system and concrete structure is excellent, and its bonding strength with dry concrete and wet concrete substrates is 3.0 MPa and 2.5 MPa respectively. For the concrete sample protected by this system, the carbonation depth is reduced from 6.3 mm to 1.2 mm;the compressive strength retention rate can be up to more than 70% after 300 times of freezing thawing, and the system has excellent crack pursuit performance and adaptive capacity for substrate deformation. This system demonstrates great application performance and waterproofing effect in the roof plate waterproofing of utility tunnel of the Huangxiao River.
