摘  要:目的基于代谢组学技术研究党参对正常小鼠血清内源性代谢产物的影响。方法采用基于代谢组学技术氢核磁共振谱(1H-NMR)结合多元统计分析及单变量分析手段,比较党参干预小鼠与正常小鼠的血清内源性代谢物的变化。结果给予党参后小鼠机体内源性代谢物发生了明显变化。党参干预后小鼠血清与空白对照组比较有8种代谢物含量发生变化,胆碱、肌酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、谷氨酰胺含量升高,乳酸、磷酰胆碱、甘油磷酰胆碱含量下降。结论党参对正常小鼠机体代谢的影响可能与其改变内源性代谢物的能量代谢、氨基酸代谢等途径相关,为党参机制研究提供参考依据。Objective To study the effects of Radix Codonopsis on serum endogenous metabolites in normal mice based on metabolomics. Methods Metabolomic techniques (1H-NMR) added with multivariate and univariate analyses was used to investigate the changes in serum endogenous metabolites in mice given Radix Codonopsis compared with blank controls. Results Intervention with Radix Codonopsis resulted in remarkable alterations in serum endogenous metabolites in mice. Compared with the blank controls, mice given Radix Codonopsis presented significant changes in eight serum metabolites, among which, the serum levels of choline, creatine, glutamic acid, glycine and glutamine were increased, while those of lactic acid, phosphorylcholine and glycerylphosphorylcholine were lowered. Conclusion The effect of Radix Codonopsis on the metabolism in normal mice may be related to its actions on energy and amino acid metabolisms of mice endogenous metabolites. This study provides evidence for further mechanistic study on Radix Codonopsis.
