摘　　要：阐述了现场对SF6电气设备的SF6气体密度继电器进行定期校验的必要性,并综合分析了SF6气体密度继电器现场校验中存在的问题。为了解决许多场所因存在空间位置不够,不能加装校验装配接头的问题,提出并研制了不需要校验装配接头的免拆卸校验的SF6气体密度继电器,该继电器就可使电力检修人员不用拆卸密度继电器,就能对SF6气体密度继电器进行方便校验,为操作带来方便,大大提高工作效率,从而保证供电设备的正常运行。This paper describes the necessity of periodic calibration of SF6 gas density relay for SF6 electrical equipment at site,the problems in field calibration of SF6 gas density relay are comprehensively analyzed.In order to solve the problem that there is not enough space in many places,it is impossible to install the assembly joint without disassembly,a SF6 gas density relay without disassembly and calibration is proposed and developed,the monitor can be completed without disassembly and calibration,so that the electrical maintenance personnel without disassembly the density relay or install without removing the check assembly joints,can be on the SF6 gas density relay convenient calibration,bring convenience to electric power maintenance personnel operation,greatly improve work efficiency thus,to ensure the normal operation of power supply equipment.
