摘 要:异甘草素是从甘草干燥根茎中提取的一种黄酮类化合物,具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗自由基等多种药理作用。研究发现,异甘草素可以通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及抗新血管生成等途径发挥抗肿瘤作用。对近年来异甘草素的抗肿瘤活性和作用机制进行综述。Isoliquiritigenin is a kind of flavonoid compound extracted from the dried root of licorice,which has many pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation and anti-free radical. It was found that isoliquiritigenin could play an anti-tumor role by inducing tumor cell apoptosis and inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,anti-angiogenesis. In this article,the anti-tumor effects and mechanism of isoliquiritigenin in recent years were reviewed.
