摘　　要：随着稿件处理系统和即时社交软件的普及,人们对电子邮件的依赖逐渐弱化,但邮件仍然是编者、审者、作者和读者深度沟通的重要工具。本文以电子邮件的“抄送”“密送”“群发单显”等功能为例,基于动态认知逻辑,探讨编辑工作中编者、作者、审者等多主体互动的言语行为策略。“抄送”是多主体间的一种公开宣告行动,产生群体“公共知识”,实现编辑稿件处理中一些必要信息的共知,从而避免版权争议、学术不端等问题;“密送”或“群发单显”是主体间的私密行动或部分公开行动,产生非对称信息,对编辑、主编、编委与审稿人的工作起监督和权责制衡作用,且有利于维护作者和审者关系。编辑邮件发送方式的选择体现其言语行为沟通的技巧,善于利用言语策略有利于办刊水平的整体提升。Due to the prevalence of online submission system and the wide use of real time social networking applications,Email seems to be a less preferable means for people to communicate in the routine of editorial office.However,Email still remains to be a reliable platform for editors,reviewers,authors and even readers to communicate further in the editorial process.Taking the multifunction of Email,such as“ Cardon Copy”(CC),“ Blind Cardon Copy”(BCC),and“ a mass of single show” as example,this paper,based on dynamic epistemic logic,discusses the strategies of speech acts in multi-subject interactions among editors, authors and reviewers in editorial work.First,the strategy of CC,as a public act of announcement among multi-subjects,will generate“ common knowledge” in a group.By doing this,the common sharing of some necessary information in the process of manuscripts editing can be realized,thereby avoiding copyright disputes,academic misconducts and other issues.Second,as a private action or part of a public action between the agents,the strategies of BCC and“ a mass of single show” produce asymmetric information, thus supervising the work of editors,chief editors,editorial committee and reviewers,and balances their duties and responsibilities.In addition,the strategies of BCC or“ a mass of single show” help to maintain the good relationships between editors and authors as well as reviewers.The choices of editing emails reflect the communication skills of editors’ speech and behaviors.A good command of speech strategies is conducive to the overall promotion of the level of journal-runnings.
