摘　　要：采用INNOVENE S双环管淤浆法聚乙烯生产工艺,开发了IBC桶(中型散装容器)专用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)树脂HDB590。选取HDB590以及其他两种国产IBC桶专用HDPE,采用旋转流变仪、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TGA)等表征手段对其性能进行了对比分析。结果表明:HDB590具有较好的动态流变性能、较低的熔融峰温度以及较高的结晶峰温度。此外,HDB590还具有优良的加工性能、耐环境应力开裂性能,以及良好的力学性能和热稳定性能。HDB590 was developed as the special high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin for intermediate bulk container (IBC) barrels by applying slurry polymerization process of INNOVENE S in double-loop reactors. The properties of HDB590 and the other two kinds of domestic special HDPE for IBC barrels were analyzed by rotational rheometer, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermal gravimetric analyzer (TGA), etc. The results show that HDB590 has the better dynamic rheological properties, the lower melting peak temperature and the higher crystallization peak temperature. Furthermore, HDB590 has excellent processability, environmental stress cracking resistance, good mechanical properties and thermal stability.
