摘 要:采用自制丙烯海松酸接枝多乙烯多胺(RA-g-PEPA)超分散剂对聚丙烯/剑麻纤维素微晶(PP/MCF)木塑复合材料进行改性,研究了RA-g-PEPA用量对PP/MCF木塑复合材料力学性能、熔体流动速率和热性能的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对木塑复合材料冲击断面的微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:当RA-g-PEPA用量为3%时,PP/MCF木塑复合材料的冲击强度最大可达16.8 kJ/m^2,且表现出较好的力学性能和加工流动性能。微观形貌分析表明,添加RA-g-PEPA超分散剂后,MCF与PP树脂的界面黏结力增强,木塑复合材料的断裂方式有所改变。The polypropylene/sisal cellulose microcrystalline (PP/MCF) composites was modified by super dispersant, self-made by allylpimaric acid grafting polyethylene polyamine (RA-g-PEPA). The effects of hyper dispersant content on mechanical properties, melt flow rate and thermal properties of PP/MCF composites were investigated, and the impact fracture surface of PP/ MCF composites was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the maximum impact strength of PP/MCF composites can come up to 16.8 kJ/m^2 when the amount of RA-g-PEPA is 3%, in addition, the composite shows good mechanical properties and process flow ability. The microstructure analysis shows that the adhesion between MCF and PP is enhanced after adding RA-g-PEPA hyper-dispersant, and the fracture mode of the PP/MCF composites will be changed.
