宫腔镜下输卵管插管联合腹腔镜治疗女性继发性不孕症分析

摘　　要：目的:分析宫腔镜下输卵管插管联合腹腔镜治疗女性继发性不孕症的效果。方法:随机选取2016年3月至2018年3月贵州省黎平县人民医院妇科收治的60例女性继发性不孕症患者,采用SPSS21.0软件将入组患者按先后序列号(1~60)随机分为两组:一组宫腔镜下输卵管插管联合腹腔镜治疗(联合治疗组,30例),一组单独宫腔镜下输卵管插管治疗(单独治疗组,30例),统计分析两组患者的输卵管通畅情况、受孕情况。结果:联合治疗组患者的输卵管通畅率为86.7%(26/30),显著高于单独治疗组的70.0%(21/30)(P<0.05);通而不畅率为13.3%(4/30),显著低于单独治疗组的30.0%(9/30)(P<0.05);宫内妊娠率为46.7%(14/30),显著高于单独治疗组的20.0%(6/30)(P<0.05),但两组患者的宫外孕发生率10.0%(3/30)、13.3%(4/30)之间的差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:宫腔镜下输卵管插管联合腹腔镜治疗女性继发性不孕症效果较单独宫腔镜下输卵管插管治疗好。Objective:To analyze the hysteroscopic tubal intubation combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of female secondary infertility. Methods:60 cases of women with secondary infertility admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence number (1~60) by SPSS 21.0: one group of hysteroscopic tubal intubation combined with laparoscopy treatment group (combined treatment group, 30 cases), the other group of hysteroscopic tubal intubation alone treatment group (single treatment group, 30 cases), the tubal patency and pregnancy of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results:The tubal patency rate of the combined treatment group 86.7%(26/30) was higher than the single treatment group 70.0%(21/30)( P < 0.05), the poor communication rate 13.3%(4/30) was lower than the single treatment group 30.0%(9/30)( P < 0.05), the intrauterine pregnancy rate 46.7%(14/30) was higher than the single treatment group 20.0%(6/30)( P < 0.05), but the difference of incidences of ectopic pregnancy between the two groups 10.0%(3/30) and 13.3%(4/30) was not significant ( P > 0.05). Conclusion:Hysteroscopic tubal intubation combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of female secondary infertility is better than hysteroscopic tubal intubation alone.
