摘　　要：目的探讨细节管理在麻醉恢复室护理中的临床应用效果。方法选取在该院手术后转入麻醉恢复室的患者240例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组120例。对照组患者给予常规的一般麻醉后护理,满足Aldrete麻醉后恢复评分标准后转出恢复室;研究组患者实施细节管理和护理干预。比较两组患者并发症发生情况、不良事件发生率和护理满意度。结果研究组患者不良事件、并发症发生率均明显低于对照组差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将细节护理应用于麻醉恢复室护理,可减少患者麻醉恢复期并发症和护理不良事件发生率,提高护理满意度,确保患者围术期安全,加快复苏与术后康复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of detail management in the nursing of anesthesia recovery room. Methods A total of 240 patients who were transferred to the anesthesia recovery room after surgery in this hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 120 cases of each group.Patients in the control group were given routine general post-anesthesia care, and were transferred out of the recovery room after meeting the Aldrete post-anesthesia recovery scoring criteria.Patients in the study group were given detailed management and nursing interventions.The incidence of complications, adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events and complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Nursing satisfaction was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusions The application of detailed nursing in anesthesia recovery room nursing can reduce the incidence of complications and adverse events during anesthesia recovery, improve nursing satisfaction, ensure the perioperative safety of patients, and accelerate recovery and postoperative recovery.
