摘  要:在考虑中性点经消弧线圈串联阻尼电阻接地的基础上,提出一种谐振接地配电网有功泄漏电流实时测量的方法,通过配电网零序电压互感器向配电网注入非工频的特定频率电流信号,在消弧线圈内部电压互感器测量返回的电压信号,经计算得出配电网有功泄漏电流。仿真结果表明该测量方法测量精度较高,可消除电压互感器内阻抗及加装阻尼电阻的影响,测量过程安全简便。Considering the feature of neutral point grounded through the arc suppression coil series damping resistor,a method of real-time measurement for the active leakage current in the distribut on network is proposed in this paper.A specific frequency current signal is injected into the distribution network via the zero-sequence voltage transformer while the returned voltage signal is measured by the internal voltage transformer of arc suppression coil.Then,the active leakage current of distribution network can be calculated.Finally, a simulation is included for verification.It is shown that the proposed method has high measurement accuracy.It not only eliminates the influence of damping resistor and also the internal resistance of voltage transformer.Besides, the measurement process is safe and easy.
