摘　　要：本文介绍了多年来韶冶在提高铅锌密闭鼓风炉产能方面的实践,总结了韶冶通过改造密闭鼓风炉体结构,对热风炉操作进行自动化改造,改善冷凝器构造,延长清扫间隔时间所取得的成效,提出了提高铅锌密闭鼓风炉产能的有效途径。This paper introduces the practice of improving the capacity of imperial smelting process for many years in Shaoguan Smelter,summarizes the achieved success through transforming the imperial smelting furnace's structure,automating the operation of cowper stove,improving the condenser's structure,extending the cleaning gap,and also proposes the effective way to increase the capacity of ISP.
