摘  要:高含盐废水作为有色冶金行业一种难处理的特种废水,一直是制约企业“零排放”的重要瓶颈问题。本文分析了传统技术处理高含盐废水存在的缺陷,重点论述了电吸附、膜分离、热浓缩等新技术在高含盐废水处理中应用的优缺点,提出了一种高效简便、低运行成本的低温热法短流程技术。同时指出低能耗、高效率、较低运行成本、无二次污染、资源化合理利用的综合性技术是未来有色冶金高含盐废水处理的研究方向。As a kind of special wastewater which is difficult to treat in non-ferrous metallurgical industry,high salinity wastewater has always been an important bottleneck problem restricting the “zero emission” of wastewater.In this paper,the shortcomings of traditional technologies in treating high salinity wastewater are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of new technologies such as electrosorption,membrane separation and thermal concentration in treating high salinity wastewater are discussed.A new low temperature thermal technology with high efficiency,easy operation and low cost is proposed.Meanwhile,it is pointed out that the comprehensive technology of low energy consumption,high efficiency,low operation cost,no secondary pollution and rational utilization of wastewater resources is the future research direction for treating high salinity wastewater in non-ferrous metallurgy industry.
