摘 要:境外某冶炼厂(A铜厂)位于该国北部地区,所处地形以山地为主,拟将原粗铜产量1万t/a扩建为阴极铜产量10万t/a。A铜厂处于被河流与山地所围合的“三角形”地带里,绝对标高值在695~795m之间波动,场地的衔接相对分散,呈现较凌乱的格局。改扩建中,围绕工艺确定了各主要车间的位置,关键处设置栈桥解决运输问题,并采取合并建筑物、增加运输设备等措施实现了用地面积的控制。该改扩建方案巧妙利用地形高差简化运输环节,节能降耗,使布局自然和谐、工艺精巧流畅,可为类似改扩建项目提供参考。A smelter abroad ( A copper plant) was located in the northern part of the country,and the terrain was dominated by mountains,which was planned to expand the original crude copper output by 10 000 t/a into a cathode copper output of 100 000 t/a. A copper plant was located in the “triangle” zone enclosed by rivers and mountains,and the absolute elevation values fluctuated between 695 and 795 m,and the connection of the venue was relatively scattered,showing a messy pattern.In the process of reconstruction and expansion,the location of each main workshop was determined around the process,and set the bridge to solve the transportation problem,and taking measures such as merging buildings and increasing transportation equipment to control land area.The plan made use of the terrain height difference to simplify the transportation link,which saved energy and reduced consumption,and made the layout natural and harmonious,the craft exquisite and smooth.The example could provide reference for similar reconstruction and expansion projects.
