摘  要:汽动引风机因其调节灵活,能耗低而受到关注。某600MW电厂静叶可调汽动引风机改造后出现振动故障,机组负荷为500MW时,汽动引风机齿轮箱振动数值达到168μm,超过报警值,导致机组无法高负荷运行。通过对汽动引风机对轮找中心找正、基础紧固、现场动平衡等一系列技术手段,成功消除了汽动引风机齿轮箱振动故障。Steam driven induced draft fan has good regulating performance and low energy consumption.A static blade adjustable steam driven induced draft fan of 600MW unit had vibration faults after transformation.When the unit load reached 500MW,the coupling gear box vibration could be 168μm,which was beyond the vibration limit value,and the unit could not run on high load.By adjusting the center of coupling between gear box and induced draft fan,fastening nuts of gear box,and field dynamic balancing,vibration faults of steam driven induced draft fan had been eliminated.
