肿痛擦剂应用于踝关节骨折围手术期消肿止痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肿痛擦剂应用于踝关节骨折围手术期消肿止痛的临床研究。方法选择2016年9月~2017年12月收治的踝部骨折住院患者60例,按入院时间段分为肿痛擦剂组32例与云南白药组28例。所有患者入院后患肢抬高,高分子支具外固定,持续冷敷并静脉滴注七叶皂苷钠直至手术,肿痛擦剂组局部涂擦肿痛擦剂,云南白药组局部喷涂云南白药,两组患者均每8h涂擦或喷涂1次。入院后对患者进行VAS疼痛评分、WBC、ESR及CRP检测,记录患者受伤至手术前等待时间及患者踝部周径。结果入院后第3天肿痛擦剂组VAS疼痛评分低于云南白药组(P<0.05);肿痛擦剂组WBC、ESR、CRP低于云南白药组(P<0.05);肿痛擦剂组的踝部肿胀幅度小于云南白药组(P<0.05);肿痛擦剂组受伤至手术时间早于云南白药组(P<0.05)。结论肿痛擦剂能有效缓解踝部骨折肿胀,减轻疼痛及炎症反应,缩短手术等待时间。Objective To investigate the clinical study of swelling-pain liniment applied to relieve swelling and pain during perioperative period of ankle fracture.Methods Sixty patients with ankle fracture hospitalized in the hospital from September 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into swelling pain liniment group(32 cases) and Yunnan Baiyao group(28 cases).After hospitalization,all patients were lifted limbs,fixed with high polymer braces,continued cold compress and intravenous drip of sodium aescinate until operation.The swollen pain liniment group was topically applied with swollen pain liniment,and the Yunnan Baiyao group was topically sprayed with Yunnan Baiyao.Both groups were sprayed or sprayed every 8 hours.Results On the 3 rd day after admission,the VAS pain score of the swelling-pain liniment group was lower than that of the Yunnan Baiyao group(P<0.05);WBC,ESR and CRP of the swelling-pain liniment group were lower than that of the Yunnan Baiyao group(P<0.05);The ankle swelling extent of the swelling-pain liniment group was lower than that of the Yunnan Baiyao group(P<0.05);And the injury time of the swelling-pain liniment group was earlier than that of the Yunnan Baiyao group(P<0.05).Conclusion Swelling pain liniment can effectively relieve swelling of ankle fracture,relieve pain and inflammatory reaction,and shorten the waiting time for operation.
