醋酸加尼瑞克预防OHSS作用及对血清IL-6的影响

摘　　要：目的选择卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)高危患者于取卵后应用促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂(GnRH-ant)醋酸加尼瑞克,观察其在预防早发型OHSS中的作用及其对患者血清IL-6水平的影响。方法选取2018年8月~2019年2月期间于潍坊医学院生殖医院接受体外受精(IVF)的OHSS高危患者60例,随机分为2组。实验组自取卵当日起开始应用醋酸加尼瑞克0.5mg,共5d;对照组自取卵当日起开始使用生理盐水0.5ml,共5d。所有患者定时返院评估是否发生OHSS并抽血测定血清IL-6水平。结果实验组与对照组患者血清IL-6水平均无明显差异;实验组患者OHSS发生率低于对照组。结论取卵后应用GnRH拮抗剂对血清IL-6水平无明显影响;取卵后应用GnRH拮抗剂可一定程度预防早发型OHSS。Objective By applying ganirelix to patients who underwent IVF-assisted pregnancy and received high-risk factors of OHSS after oocyte retrieval,the effect of ganirelix on the prevention of early OHSS and on the level of serum IL-6.Methods Sixty patients after oocyte retrieval who underwent IVF-assisted pregnancy,received high-risk factors of OHSS,during the period from August 2018 to February 2019,in Assisted Reproductive Hospital of Weifang Medical University were selected. From the day of oocyte retrieval,the patients in the experimental group(n=30) started to take 0.5 mg of ganirelix once a day,subcutaneously,for 5 consecutive days.The control group(n=30)began intramuscular injection of 0.5 ml normal saline once a day,from the day of oocyte retrieval,for 5 consecutive days.All the patients were evaluated in certain time to be assessed whether OHSS had occurred and taken venous blood to measure serum IL-6 levels.Results There was no significant difference in serum IL-6 levels between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05);The incidence of OHSS in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion After oocyte retrieval,the application of ganirelix has no significant effect on serum IL-6 levels;After oocyte retrieval,the application of ganirelix can prevent early OHSS to a certain extent.
