摘　　要：目的探讨针对性饮食干预对儿童饮食行为问题的影响.方法采用问卷调查泉州市鲤城区303名托幼机构儿童饮食行为情况,并针对不同的儿童饮食行为问题进行针对性的饮食干预.干预3个月后再次调查儿童的饮食行为情况.结果干预前后儿童吃饭固定时间、吃饭固定地点、吃饭固定饭量、边吃饭边看电视或玩玩具、边走或边玩边吃、进食奶制品、吃零食、家长进餐时教育批评儿童、因吃饭对儿童发脾气、对儿童食欲差担心程度方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).而干预前后儿童每顿饭花费时间、吃饭时需大人喂饭、吃饭时含饭、不咀嚼固体食物、食欲差、挑食偏食、喝饮料方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论针对性的饮食干预可以通过改变家长的教育方式,纠正儿童不良饮食行为.Objective To explore the effects of specific dietary intervention on children’s eating behavior. Methods To investigate children’s eating behavior of 303 children in kindergarten of Licheng district of Quanzhou city. Treat different children’s eating behavior problems with specific dietary interventions. Investigate children’s eating behavior again after three months’ intervention. Results Before and after the intervention of children eat dinner,eat a fixed location,fixed time fixed appetite,eat while watching TV or playing toys,walking or eating while playing,eating dinner in dairy products,snacks,parent education criticism children,for dinner on children’s temper,poor appetite for children a degree of worry,differences were statistically significant( P<0. 05). However,before and after the intervention,the children spent time on each meal,fed by adults during meals,including meals,did not chew solid food,poor appetite,picky eating and partial eating,and drink,the differences were not statistically significant( P>0. 05). Conclusion Specific diet intervention can correct children’s poor eating behaviors by changing the way of educating of parents.
