分析自我管理技能训练对恢复期精神分裂症患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的分析自我管理技能训练对恢复期精神分裂症患者负性情绪的影响。方法用“数字表随机分组法”将方便选取2017年3月-2018年2月在该院接受治疗的100例恢复期精神分裂症患者分为50例/组。50例对照组患者接受常规护理干预,50例观察组患者接受自我管理技能训练。比较自我效能感、负性情绪以及生活质量评分。结果 4周后,观察组患者自我效能感评分(38.51±1.21)分更高(t=15.60,P=0.00),抑郁、迟缓、精神病性表现、激惹评分(1.03±0.08)分、(1.10±0.13)分、(1.06±0.25)分、(1.01±0.15)分更低,物质生活、心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能评分(80.31±1.16)分、(83.32±2.25)分、(84.10±1.18)分、(85.52±2.29)分都高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症患者恢复期加强自我管理技能训练可以有效改善患者的负性情绪,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of self-management skills training on negative emotions in patients with schizophrenia during recovery.Methods One hundred patients with convalescent schizophrenia who were convenient treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were divided into 50 patients/group.Fifty patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and 50 patients in the observation group received self-management skills training.Compare self-efficacy,negative emotions,and quality of life scores.Results After four weeks,the self-efficacy score (38.51±1.21) points was higher in the observation group (t=15.60,P=0.00),depression,retardation,psychotic performance,and irritation score (1.03±0.08)points,(1.10±0.13)points,(1.06±0.25)points,(1.01±0.15)points lower,material life,psychological function,physical function,social function score (80.31±1.16)points,(83.32±2.25)points,(84.10±1.18)points,(85.52±2.29)points higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening self-management skills training during the recovery period of schizophrenia patients can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients and improve their quality of life.
