探究民航飞行员血清尿酸水平与高血压的相关性

摘　　要：目的分析民航飞行员血清尿酸水平与高血压的相关性。方法研究对象为方便选取某航空公司飞行人员例数1 500名,收取时间在2013年1月-2018年12月,将其作为观察组,再选取同期来该中心体检的健康者1 500名作为对照组,对受检者均实施检查,分析飞行员不同疾病的血清尿酸水平。结果观察组民航飞行员血清尿酸水平(402.15±72.21)μmol/L,对照组为(230.15±15.24)μmol/L,观察组显著高于对照组健康体检者,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在高血压、高TG、高TC、混合型高脂血症、高TBIL患者中,高血压患者血清尿酸水平较高,为(417.45±60.72)μmol/L,由此证明其与血清尿酸水平具有相关性,人体尿酸高易导致高血压发生。结论高血压中的独立危险因素包括高尿酸血症,而民航飞行员血清尿酸水平与高血压之间具有一定相关性,人体尿酸高易导致高血压发生。Objective To analyze the correlation between serum uric acid level and hypertension in civil aviation pilots.Methods The research object was 1 500 cases of flight personnel of an airline.The collection time was from January 2013 to December 2018.It was used as the observation group,and 1 500 healthy people from the center of the same period were convenient selected as the control group.Subjects were examined to analyze serum uric acid levels in different pilots.Results The serum uric acid level (402.15±72.21)μmol/L of the civil aviation pilots in the observation group and (230.15±15.24)μmol/L in the control group were significantly higher in the observation group than in the healthy subjects in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).In patients with hypertension,high TG,high TC,mixed hyperlipidemia,and high TBIL,the serum uric acid level of patients with hypertension is higher (417.45±60.72)μmol/L,which proves that it has serum uric acid level correlation,high uric acid in humans can lead to high blood pressure.Conclusion The independent risk factors in hypertension include hyperuricemia,and there is a certain correlation between serum uric acid level and hypertension in civil aviation pilots.High uric acid in humans can lead to hypertension.
