摘  要:建立了一种新的共振光散射法检测水中双酚A(BPA)的方法。水样中依次加入0.60mL硫酸溶液(0.10mol/L)、0.50mL荧光黄溶液(1.0×10^-4mol/L)、0.40mL溴酸钾溶液(0.10mol/L),70℃水浴加热反应15min,流动自来水冷却(以终止反应),在489nm处测定共振光散射强度。结果表明,体系共振光散射强度的增大值(ΔI)与BPA含量在0.04~4.60μg/mL范围内成正比,线性回归方程为ΔI=8842.4c+1328.7,r=0.9993。方法的检出限为0.019μg/mL,回收率为97.5%~103%,RSD为2.51%~4.98%。在1μg/mL的BPA存在下,2000倍的Na^+,1000倍的CO3^2-,300倍Ca^2+、Al^3+,150倍Cu^2+、Cd^2+、SO4^2-,50倍Cl^-,10倍的苯酚、间二苯酚、对苯二酚、Pb^2+不干扰测定。该方法操作步骤简单,检测灵敏度高,适用于水中BPA的检测。A new resonance light scattering method was developed for the determination of bisphenol A in water sample.In water sample,0.60 mL H 2SO 4 solution of 0.10 mol/L,0.50 mL FL solution of 1.×10^-4 mol/L ,0.40 mL KBrO 3 solution of 0.10 mol/L were added in turn,the resonance light scattering intensity of BPA was determined at 489 nm after reaction 15 min at the temperature of 70 ℃ heating in water bath and flowing tap water to stop the reaction.Results showed that the increasing of resonance light scattering intensity (Δ I ) of the system was proportional to the BPA content in the range of 0.04~ 4.60 μg/mL .The linear regression equation was Δ I=8 842.4c+1 328.7, with the correlation coefficient of r =0.999 3.The limit of detection of the method was 0.019 μg/mL,the rates of recovery was 97.5%~103%,and RSD were 2.51%~4.98%.And 2 000 times Na ^+,1 000 times CO 3 ^2-,300 times Ca ^2+,Al ^3+,150 times Cu^2+,Cd^ 2+,SO 4^2-,50 times Cl^-,10 times phenol, m- diphenol,hydroquinone,Pb ^2+ didn’t interfere with the determination in the presence of 1 μg/mL BPA.The method has simple operation steps,low instrument cost and high detection sensitivity and applicable to accurate determination of bisphenol A residue in water.
