降脂灵片联合阿昔莫司治疗高脂血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨降脂灵片联合阿昔莫司治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年10月-2018年10月在北京市石景山医院治疗的高脂血症患者82例,根据用药的不同分为对照组(41例)和治疗组(41例)。对照组口服阿昔莫司胶囊,250 mg/次,2次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上口服降脂灵片,2.5 g/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗2个月。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血小板膜糖蛋白P选择素(CD62P)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、溶酶体膜蛋白(CD63)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、体质量(W)、肥胖度(A)、体质量指数(BMI)和体脂率(F)水平。结果治疗后,对照组临床有效率为80.49%,显著低于治疗组的97.56%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著降低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组血脂水平明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组hs-CRP、IFN-γ、CD62P、CD63、ECP水平均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组这些细胞因子水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组MDA水平显著降低(P<0.05),SOD和GSH-Px水平显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组MDA、SOD和GSH-Px水平明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组W、A、BMI、F水平均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组上述肥胖指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降脂灵片联合阿昔莫司胶囊治疗高脂血症可有效降低血脂水平,改善机体氧化应激状态和降低肥胖指标。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jiangzhiling Tablets combined with acipimox in treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods Patients(82 cases) with hyperlipidemia in Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were divided into control(41 cases) and treatment(41 cases) groups according to different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Acipimox Capsules, 250 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jiangzhiling Tablets on the basis of the control group, 2.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the levels of HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC, hs-CRP, CD62 P, IFN-γ, ECP, CD63, SOD MDA, GSH-Px, W, A, BMI, and F in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 80.49%, which was significantly lower than 97.56% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the TC, TG, and LDL-C levels in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), but HDL-C levels were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and the blood lipid levels in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the hs-CRP, IFN-γ, CD62 P, CD63, and ECP levels in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the MDA levels in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), but SOD and GSH-Px levels were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and the MDA, SOD and GSH-Px levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the W, A, BMI and F levels in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and these obesity indexes levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.0
