通天口服液联合对乙酰氨基酚治疗偏头痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨通天口服液联合对乙酰氨基酚治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月-2017年12月于重庆市云阳县人民医院就诊的偏头痛患者164例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组各82例。对照组患者口服对乙酰氨基酚片,2片/次,3次/d;治疗组患者在对照组基础上口服通天口服液,治疗第1天分别于即刻、1、2、4、10 h后各服用10 mL,第2~3天,10m L/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗9d。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者细胞因子水平和MSQOL和症状积分。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组临床有效率分别为85.37%、96.34%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平均显著降低(P<0.05),血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组CGRP、Hcy和5-HT水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医症状积分显著降低(P<0.05),而MSQOL评分显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者MSQOL和症状积分明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通天口服液联合对乙酰氨基酚治疗偏头痛具有较好的临床效果,同时能够显著改善患者临床症状与生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongtian Oral Liquid combined with acetaminophen in treatment of migraine. Methods Patients(164 cases) with migraine in Yunyang People’s Hospital of Chongqing from June 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 82 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Paracetamol Tablets, 2 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Tongtian Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 10 mL for each time of right now, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 10 h of the first day, 10 mL/time for 2 - 3 d, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 9 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the cytokine levels, MSQOL scores and symptom scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 85.37% and 96.34% respectively, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum CGRP and Hcy levels in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), but serum 5-HT levels were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and the CGRP, Hcy and 5-HT levels in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), but MSQOL scores were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and the MSQOL and symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Tongtian Oral Liquid combined with acetaminophen has a good clinical therapeutic effect on migraine, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life.
