伤科接骨片联合双氯芬酸钠治疗软组织损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察伤科接骨片联合双氯芬酸钠治疗软组织损伤的临床疗效。方法选取2018年全年在航空工业三六三医院就诊患者中选取106例软组织损伤患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各53例。对照组患者口服双氯芬酸钠肠溶片,25 mg/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服伤科接骨片,4片/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗2周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后临床症状改善情况、血清学指标的变化情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别是81.13%、94.34%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者疼痛积分、肿胀积分、活动度积分均较治疗前显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组这些症状积分显著低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组这些血清学指标显著低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伤科接骨片联合双氯芬酸钠治疗软组织损伤具有较好的临床疗效,可显著改善临床症状,降低血清学指标,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shangke Jiegu Tablets combined with diclofenac sodium in treatment of soft tissue injury. Methods Patients(106 cases) with soft tissue injury in AVIC 363 Hospital in 2018 the whole year were randomly divided into control(53 cases) and treatment(53 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Diclofenac Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets, 25 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shangke Jiegu Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy were evaluated, and changes of clinical symptoms improvement and serological indexes in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 81.13% and 94.34%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, pain score, swelling score, and activity score in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group(P < 0.05). After treatment, these symptom scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group(P < 0.05). After treatment, these serological indicators in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusions Shangke Jiegu Tablets combined with diclofenac sodium has significant effect in treatment of soft tissue injury, and can significantly improve clinical symptoms and reduce serological indexes, which has a certain clinical application value.
