摘　　要：目的评价海军机关门诊部抗高血压药物的应用情况,为今后基层医院合理使用抗高血压药物提供依据。方法采用限定日剂量分析方法,对海军机关门诊部2014-2017年抗高血压药物的主要品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果 2014-2017年,抗高血压药物销售金额排前3位的是钙通道阻滞剂(CCB)、血管紧张素受体阻断剂(ARB)和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)。氨氯地平、硝苯地平和贝那普利的销售金额和DDDs基本占据单品种DDDs排序的前3位。DDC最高的是比索洛尔,DDC最低的是拉西地平。结论海军机关门诊部2014-2017年抗高血压药物的使用情况基本合理,氨氯地平、硝苯地平和贝那普利为临床首选药物。Objective To evelate the use of antihypertensive drugs in Naval Authorities Clinic from 2014 to 2017, in order to provide evidences for the rational use of antihypertensive drugs in the basic hospitals. Methods The categories, sales amount, frequency of drug use(DDDs), and defined daily cost(DDC) of antihypertensive drugs in Naval Authorities Clinic from 2014 to 2017 were analyzed retrospectively by defined daily doses(DDD). Results Sales amount of calcium channel blocker(CCB), angiotensin II receptor blocker(ARB), and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) ranked the top three in Naval Authorities Clinic from 2014 to 2017. Sales amount and DDDs of amlodipine, nifedipine, and benazepril were ranked the top three. DDC of bisoprolol was the highest, while DDC of lacidipine was the lowest. Conclusion The application of antihypertensive drugs in Naval Authorities Clinic from 2014 to 2017 is basically rational, and amlodipine, nifedipine, and benazepril are preferred in clinic.
