摘　　要：目的探讨老年综合评估对老年人跌倒发生的预测作用。方法采用老年综合评估手册对2016年1月一2017年6月入住北京医院老年病房的139例患者进行评估,采用自行设计的《老年综合评估手册》从老年人的躯体情况、功能状态、心理健康和社会环境等多个维度对老年人进行全面的评估,观察评估结果与老年跌倒发生率的关系。结果139例老年患者中21例在过去1年内发生跌倒,发生率15.1%。单因素分析显示,起立-行走试验、步速测试及衰弱等级评定不同患者的跌倒发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(PV0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,日常生活能力量表得分及起立-行走试验结果为老年患者发生跌倒的独立影响因素。结论老年综合评估从多角度多维度对老年人进行全面评估,能够更加全面的评估老年患者跌倒风险。Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive geriatric assessment in predicting the fall risk among the aged. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, the comprehensive geriatric assessment handbook was used to evaluate a total of 139 patients in department of geriatrics at Beijing Hospital. The selfdesigned handbook was used to comprehensively assess the physical condition, functional status, mental health and social environment among the aged. We explored the correlation between evaluation results and incidence of fall in the aged. Results Among 139 elderly patients, 21 of them fell within the past year with 15.1% for the incidence. Single factor analysis showed that there were statistical differences in the incidences of fall among patients with different results in timed up and go test, walking speed test and frailty grades (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the score of activities of daily living (ADLs) and timed up and go test were the independent influencing factors of fall among the aged. Conclusions Comprehensive geriatric assessment carries out comprehensive assessment from multi-angle and multi-dimension which effectively assess the fall risk in the aged comprehensively.
