摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式联合耳鸣治疗仪对突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2016年2月-2018年12月在柳州市工人医院收治的突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者160例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组给予常规治疗及护理干预,观察组在此基础上应用聚焦解决模式联合耳鸣治疗仪进行干预。采用耳鸣自评量表(THI)、简明生活质量量表(SF-36)、SAS、SDS评估干预的效果。结果干预后观察组THI总分及各维度得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);干预后观察组患者生活质量总分及各维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01).结论聚焦解决模式联合耳鸣治疗仪有助于缓解患者负性情绪,改善耳鸣症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of solution-focused approach combined with tinnitus therapeutic instrument on negative emotions and quality of life among sudden hearing loss patients with tinnitus. Methods From February 2016 to December 2018, we selected 160 sudden hearing loss patients with tinnitus in Liuzhou Worker's Hospital by purposive sampling as subjects. All of the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing intervention. Apart from that, observation group received the intervention of solution-focused approach combined with tinnitus therapeutic instrument. The intervention effects were assessed with the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI), the Medical Outcomes Study Short Form-36 (SF-36), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS). Results After intervention, the total score and dimension scores of THI ,scores of SAS and SDS of observation group were lower than those of control group with statistical differences (P < 0.01). Besides, the total score and dimensional scores of SF-36 of observation group were higher than those of control group after intervention with statistical differences(P < 0.01). Conclusions Solution-focused approach combined with tinnitus therapeutic instrument helps to relieve negative emotions of patients and improve tinnitus as well as quality of life of patients.
