剑突下小切口辅助胸腔镜Nuss手术治疗漏斗胸47例

摘　　要：目的探讨剑突下辅助小切口胸腔镜在漏斗胸NUSS手术中的应用价值。方法对2008年10月至2018年5月本院的47例漏斗胸行胸腔镜下Nuss矫正术,术中辅以剑突下小切口,通过剑突下小切口手指引导导引器及钢板通过胸骨后完成漏斗胸Nuss手术资料进行分析。结果47例均顺利完成手术,手术时间47~73min,出血量20~30mL,无器官损伤、气胸、皮下气肿、切口感染。无手术死亡。效果优秀39例,良好8例。后期发生钢板移位1例、切口异物反应1例。结论剑突下小切口辅助胸腔镜Nuss手术治疗漏斗胸安全易行,效果可靠,有很好的临床价值。Objective To assess the clinical value of modified Nuss procedure with thoracoscope and subxiphoid small incision for the correction of pectus excavatum. Methods The clnical data of 47 patients with pectus excavatum,who were admitted to authors,hospital From October 2008 to may 2018 to receive Nuss procedure with thoracoscope and subxiphoid small incision,were analyzed. Results All the operations were carried out successfully.The operation time was 47-73 min,bleeding 20~30ml,and no complication.The evaluation showed 39 cases were excellent and 8 were good.No recurrence was found.No operative death. Conclusion The Nuss procedure with thoracoscope and subxiphoid small incision for the correction of pectus excavatum was safe、effective and easy to perform.
