摘　　要：目的探讨超声造影(CEUS)引导下经皮肺穿刺活检在老年周围型肺占位诊断中的价值.方法回顾性分析75例采用常规超声引导(对照组)与38例采用CEUS引导(造影组)经皮肺穿刺活检术的老年周围型肺占位病人的临床与影像学资料,比较2组穿刺的取材成功率及并发症发生率.结果对照组取材成功率为83.8%,造影组为97.4%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.221,P<0.05).2组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.317,P>0.05).结论CEUS引导下经皮穿刺活检有助于提高老年周围型肺占位病人的穿刺成功率,且不增加并发症发生率.Objective To investigate the value of percutaneous lung biopsy guided by contrast-enhanced ultrasound graphy(CEUS) in diagnosis of peripheral lung occupying in the elderly patients.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 75 elderly patients with peripheral lung occupying receiving percutaneous lung biopsy guided by conventional ultrasound(control group,n=37) and CEUS(radiography gorup,n=38) were retrospectively analyzed.The success rate of puncturing and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results The puncture success rate was 83.8% 2 in control group and 97.4% in radiography group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.221,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(χ^2 =1.317,P>0.05).Conclusions Pre-biopsy CEUS helps to improve the success rate of puncturing,and the incidence of complications do not increase in the elderly patients with peripheral lung occupying.
