摘　　要：目的探讨Ligasure血管闭合系统在小肠部分切除术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2015年2月至2018年10月南阳市第一人民医院收治的82例接受小肠部分切除术患者的临床资料。将接受传统小肠部分切除术的33例患者纳入对照组,术中应用Ligasure血管闭合系统的49例患者纳入观察组。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后3d腹腔总引流量、术后并发症发生率和住院时间。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组术后3d腹腔总引流量、术后腹腔出血发生率、住院时间分别与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论将Ligasure血管闭合系统应用于小肠部分切除术有助于缩短手术时间,减少术中出血。Objective To explore the application effect of Ligasure vessel sealing system in partial small intestine resection. Methods The clinical data of 82 patients who underwent partial small intestine resection from February 2015 to October 2018 in the First People’s Hospital of Nanyang were retrospectively analyzed.Thirty-three patients who received traditional partial small intestine resection were included in control group,while 49 patients who received Ligasure vessel sealing system during operation were included in observation group.The operation time,the amount of intraoperative blood loss,the total drainage volume of the abdominal cavity 3 days after surgery,the incidence of postoperative complications and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time in observation group was shorter than that in control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in control group,while the differences were statistically significant (both P < 0.05).The total drainage volume of the abdominal cavity 3 days after surgery,the incidence of postoperative abdominal hemorrhage and hospitalization time in observation group were compared with those in control group,with no significant differences (all P > 0.05). Conclusion The application of Ligasure vessel sealing system in partial resection of small intestine is helpful to shorten the surgical time and reduce intraoperative bleeding.
