经颅重复刺激法治疗中风后平衡功能障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察经颅重复刺激法治疗中风后平衡功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将60例中风后平衡功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用经颅重复刺激法治疗;对照组采用普通针刺手法治疗。选用Fugl-Meyer平衡量表、Berg平衡量表、改良Barthel指数评定量表对患者治疗前后的平衡功能及日常生活能力进行评估,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后平衡能力以及日常生活能力均有明显改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为70.0%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经颅重复刺激法能够有效改善患者中风后平衡功能障碍程度,提高其日常生活能力。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of repetitive transcranial stimulation for post-stroke balance dysfunction.Method Sixty patients with post-stroke balance dysfunction were randomized to treatment and control groups,30 cases each.The treatment group received repetitive transcranial stimulation and the control group,acupuncture with conventional manipulation.Balance function and activities of daily living were assessed using the Fugl-Meyer Balance Scale,the Berg Balance Scale and the modified Barthel Index in the patients before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,balance ability and activities of daily living improved markedly in the two groups and improved more in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate was 96.7%in the treatment group and 70.0%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial stimulation can effectively improve post-stroke balance dysfunction and activities of daily living in the patients.
