针药并用治疗丛集性头痛所致失眠症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察腕踝针配合口服右佐匹克隆片治疗丛集性头痛所致失眠症的临床疗效。方法将56例丛集性头痛所致失眠症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组28例。对照组采用口服右佐匹克隆片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予腕踝针治疗。观察两组治疗前后PSQI各项评分及中医证候评分的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.9%,对照组为71.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后PSQI各项评分及中医证候评分量表各项评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后PSQI中入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、睡眠质量评分及总分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医证候评分量表中入睡困难、醒后难睡、多梦易醒、晨起疲乏倦怠评分及总分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用治疗丛集性头痛所致失眠症的临床疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture plus eszopiclone tablets in treating insomnia due to cluster headache.Method Fifty-six patients with insomnia caused by cluster headache were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by oral administration of eszopiclone,and the treatment group was additionally given wrist-ankle acupuncture.Before and after treatment,the component scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and the symptom and sign scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of the two groups were observed,and the clinical efficacies were compared.Result The total effective rate was 92.9%in the treatment group versus 71.4%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the component scores of PSQI and the symptom and sign scores of traditional Chinese medicine changed significantly in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI component scores of sleep latency,sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance and sleep quality and the global score in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom and sign scores including difficulty initiating sleep,difficulty falling asleep after waking,dreaminess and easy waking up and fatigue and lassitude in the morning,as well as the general score in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus medication can produce valid efficacy in treating insomnia due to cluster headache.
