调神止痉结合面部巨刺法治疗面肌痉挛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较调神止痉结合面部巨刺法与常规针法治疗面肌痉挛的疗效差异。方法将60例原发性面肌痉挛症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用调神止痉结合面部巨刺法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后痉挛级别评分的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后痉挛分级评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后痉挛分级评分差值与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为82.8%,对照组为51.7%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调神止痉结合面部巨刺法治疗面肌痉挛的疗效明显优于常规针刺法。Objective To compare the efficacy of mind-regulating and spasm-relieving acupuncture plus facial contralateral meridian needling versus conventional acupuncture in treating facial spasm.Method Sixty patients with primary hemifacial spasm were randomized to treatment and control groups,30 cases each.The treatment group received mind-regulating and spasm-relieving acupuncture plus facial contralateral meridian needling and the control group,conventional acupuncture.The spasm grading score was recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the spasm grading score in the two groups(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the pre-/post-treatment spasm grading score difference value between the treatment and control groups(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate was 82.8%in the treatment group and 51.7%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind-regulating and spasmrelieving acupuncture plus facial contralateral meridian needling is significantly more effective than conventional acupuncture in treating facial spasm.
