应用子午流注纳甲法配合针刺治疗轻中度儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用子午流注纳甲法配合常规取穴针刺治疗轻中度儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例轻中度儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规穴位针刺治疗,治疗组采用子午流注纳甲法加常规穴位针刺治疗。治疗3个月后,观察两组治疗前后呼吸暂停指数(AHI)、夜间最低氧饱和度(SaO2)的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后AHI指数和SaO2与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后AHI指数和SaO2与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为80.0%,对照组为60.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子午流注纳甲法配合常规穴位针刺与常规穴位针刺均能改善轻中度儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的临床症状与体征,且子午流注纳甲法配合针刺的效果更显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture plus conventional acupuncture in treating mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome in children.Method Sixty children with mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome were randomized to treatment and control groups,30 cases each.The control group received conventional acupuncture and the treatment group,midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture in addition.The Apnea–Hypopnea Index(AHI)value was calculated and night lowest oxygen saturation(SaO2)was measured in the two groups before and after three weeks of treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result There were statistically significant pre-/posttreatment differences in the AHI value and SaO2 in the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the AHI value and SaO2 between the treatment and control groups(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate was 80.0%in the treatment group and 60.0%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Both midnight-midday ebb flow acupuncture plus conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can relieve the clinical symptoms and signs in children with mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome and the former is more effective.
