摘　　要：目的探讨和总结穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘的药物组成规律,为临床上穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘的药物组成提供参考与依据。方法通过浏览1986年1月至2018年5月穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘的临床相关文献,对其穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘药物的频次、辨证分型、配伍及药量的规律进行归纳总结。结果穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘的药物频次、配伍最高的是白芥子、细辛、甘遂和延胡索;临床辨证主要以寒哮、热哮为主;各药物配伍的比值和药量的比值均在一个数值区间范围内,而非某一特定数值上。结论穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘在频次、辨证分型、配伍及药量等方面都存在一定规律。Objective To discuss and summarize the medicinal composition rules in acupoint application for bronchial asthma,and to provide reference and evidence for the medicinal formula in acupoint application for bronchial asthma.Method By reviewing clinical studies related to acupoint application for bronchial asthma published from January 1986 to May 2018,the rules of frequency,syndrome differentiation,pairing and dose of the medicines used in acupoint application for bronchial asthma were classified and summarized.Result Regarding the frequency and pairing of the herbs used in acupoint application for bronchial asthma,Bai Jie Zi(Semen Brassicae),Xi Xin(Herba Asari),Gan Sui(Radix Kansui)and Yan Hu Suo(Rhizoma Corydalis)ranked the top;asthma due to cold and asthma due to heat occurred most commonly in clinical syndrome differentiation;the medicinal pairing ratio and dose ratio of the herbs were during a certain interval but not at a fixed figure.Conclusion Certain rules do exist in the frequency,syndrome differentiation,pairing and dose of the herbs used in acupoint application for bronchial asthma.
