摘　　要：在分析中蒙畜产品贸易变化情况和跨境物流服务现状的基础上,提出在推进中蒙跨境物流协同运作基础建设的同时,积极开发中蒙双语物流信息系统的协作运作网络平台,构建一个适应中蒙农畜产品贸易合作的跨境物流协同运作服务体系,并从跨境物流网络和基础设施建设、中蒙双语协同运作物流信息系统平台开发、中蒙第三方物流的战略合作和跨境物流标准化四个方面阐述了具体的实施建议。Based on an analysis of the changes in the China-Mongolian livestock products trade and the current situation of the crossborder logistics service industry, this paper proposes to actively develop the cooperation network platform of the Chinese-Mongolian bilingual logistics information system while laying the foundation for the collaborative operation of the China-Mongolia cross-border logistics process, and construct the cross- border logistics cooperation service system suitable for the China- Mongolia agricultural and livestock products trade. It also elaborates the specific implementation suggestions from four aspects, namely cross-border logistics network and infrastructure construction, development of the Chinese- Mongolian bilingual cooperative logistics service information system platform, strategic cooperation of Chinese-Mongolian third-party logistics business and standardization of the cross-border logistics process.
