摘　　要：为解决当前城市配送过程中物流周转箱标准化程度低、周转率低、动态监管难等困境,实现资源优化配置,在新零售环境和共享经济背景下,探讨我国物流周转箱行业发展现状,提出“产品+服务模式+共享平台”的物流周转箱共享运营模式,通过搭建可提供“智能租赁”、“循环管理”、“同程拼箱”三大板块服务的循环租赁平台,以解决当前运营管理难题。该模式响应绿色共享发展理念,可助推我国物流设施设备单元化、标准化进程,推进城市共同配送发展。In order to solve the problems with the logistics turnover boxes in the urban distribution process such as low standardization level,low turnover rate,and difficulty of dynamic supervision,etc.,and to optimize resource allocation,in the context of new retail and sharing economy,we discussed the development status of the logistics turnover box industry in China,proposed the "product+ service mode+ sharing platform" operation mode,and set out to solve the current operation and management problems of the industry by establishing a circulation and leasing platform consisting of the three main modules of intelligent lease,circulation management and box consolidation. The mode is an active response to the development concept of green sharing economy,and can promote the unitization and standardization of the logistics facilities and equipment industry in China,as well as furthering the development of the urban joint distribution industry.
