摘 要:在分析集装箱港口经济增长结构的基础上,找出制约集装箱港口经济绿色增长的影响因素,构建集装箱港口经济绿色增长系统动力学模型,研究核心设备作业能力与环境污染治理能力对实现港口经济绿色增长的内在机理,得到最佳绿色投资决策方案。以大连某港区为例进行实证分析,结果表明:集装箱港口将部分环境污染治理能力投资转投到核心设备绿色化上,且提高核心设备作业能力投资,有助于实现集装箱港口经济绿色增长的目标。On the basis of analyzing the economic growth structure of a container port, the paper pointed out the factors restricting the green growth of the container port economy, constructed the corresponding systems dynamics model, studied the inner mechanism in the realization of the green growth of the container port economy through the operating capacity and environmental pollution control capacity of the core equipment and obtained the optimal green investment decision scheme. Taking a certain port area in Dalian as example, it set out to demonstrate that if part of the investment in environmental pollution control capacity was transferred to the greening of the core equipment, and at the same time, the investment in the operating capacity of core equipment was improved, the container port would better achieve the objective of green economic growth.
