摘　　要：为解决M公司钢铁物流园目前存在的储位布局不合理、排队等货等问题,通过运用EIQ-ABC分析法,对M公司的钢材物流园的出库数据从IQ、IK两个指标进行分析,从而了解该物流园中各种钢材在出货量中所占的份量,以此得到ABC分类结果,并依据分析结果对M公司钢铁物流园的储位进行相关优化。Targeting at the problems existing in the steel logistics park of Company M, such as unreasonable storage space layout and long waiting time for goods shipment, the paper analyzed the index of IQ and IK of the shipment data of the steel logistics park of the company using the EIQ-ABC analysis method, obtained the proportion of each type of steel products in the shipment of the logistics park, determined the ABC classification result accordingly and based on it, optimized the layout of the storage space of the steel logistics park.
