308 nm准分子激光联合CO2点阵激光治疗白癜风临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨308nm准分子激光与CO2点阵激光联合用于治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法:选取2016年4月~2018年5月期间医院收治的白癜风患者150例,在患者知情同意基础上,随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,每组75例。对照组使用CO2点阵激光治疗,观察组在此基础上加入308nm准分子激光治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组95%白斑量、50%白斑量、30%白斑量的消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率94.67%,高于对照组的78.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常见不良反应为水泡、结痂、皮肤红肿、皮肤瘙痒等。观察组不良反应发生率6.67%,低于对照组的21.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:308nm准分子激光联合CO2点阵激光治疗白癜风效果理想,可促使白斑消退,恢复患者正常肤色,提升生活质量,且不良反应较少,安全性较高。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of 308 nm excimer laser combined with CO 2 lattice laser in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods: 150 patients with vitiligo were selected from April 2016 to May 2018. On the basis of informed consent,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,75 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CO 2 lattice laser,while the observation group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser,and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The disappearance time of 95% white spot,50% white spot and 30% white spot in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.67%,which was higher than 78.67% of the control group ( P <0.05). The common adverse reactions were blisters,scabs,skin redness and itching. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than that in the control group (21.33%, P <0.05). After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusions: 308 nm excimer laser combined with CO 2 lattice laser is effective in the treatment of vitiligo,which can promote the disappearance of leukoplakia,restore the normal skin color of patients,improve the quality of life,with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
