脂联素、维生素D与糖化血红蛋白在妊娠期糖尿病中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探究脂联素、维生素D与糖化血红蛋白在妊娠期糖尿病中的临床意义。方法:选取2017年3月~2018年3月在本院进行产检的65例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究组,同时随机选取进行产检的50例健康孕妇作为对照组。比较两组孕妇的脂联素、维生素D、糖化血红蛋白水平及发生妊娠不良事件的次数。结果:研究组孕妇的脂联素水平(5.86±1.93)mg·L^-1较对照组(6.79±2.06)mg·L^-1偏低(P<0.05);研究组孕妇维生素D水平及维生素D正常的比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组孕妇糖化血红蛋白水平(6.98±0.62)%显著高于对照组(4.37±0.83)%且随着病情的加重而增高(P<0.05);研究组不良事件总发生率(21.54%)与对照组(8.00%)相比较高(P<0.05)。结论:脂联素、维生素D与糖化血红蛋白水平与妊娠期糖尿病有密切关系,联合检测有助于及早预测妊娠期糖尿病。Objective: To explore the clinical significance of adiponectin,vitamin D and glycosylated hemoglobin in gestational diabetes. Methods: A total of 65 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus who were examined in our hospital from March 2017 to march 2018 were enrolled as the study group. 50 healthy pregnant women who were randomly selected for the examination were selected as the control group. The levels of adiponectin,vitamin D,glycated hemoglobin,and the number of adverse events in pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results: The adiponectin level of pregnant women in the control group (6.79±2.06) mg·L ^-1 was higher than that of the study group ( 5.86 ± 1.93 ) mg·L^-1 ( P <0.05). The vitamin D level and the normal proportion of vitamin D in the study group were obvious. The level of glycated hemoglobin (6.98±0.62)% in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (4.37±0.83)% and increased with the severity of the disease ( P <0.05). The overall incidence of events (21.54%) was higher than the control group (8.00%)( P <0.05). Conclusions: The levels of adiponectin,vitamin D and glycosylated hemoglobin are closely related to gestational diabetes mellitus,and combined detection is helpful for early prediction of gestational diabetes mellitus.
