医学生自杀态度与心理复原力的关系研究

摘　　要：目的:了解医学生对自杀的态度,探讨自杀态度与心理复原力的关系,为自杀的预防、干预提供依据。方法:采用自杀态度问卷(QSA)、大学生心理复原力量表对芜湖市某医学院270名学生进行了调查,数据采用相关分析和多元线性回归分析。结果:医学生对自杀行为性质的认识、对自杀者、对自杀者的家属以及对安乐死均持矛盾或中立态度;不同性别的医学生对自杀者家属的态度差异有统计学意义(t=2.016,P<0.05),独生与非独生子女医学生对自杀行为性质的认识差异有统计学意义(t=2.104,P<0.05);医学生对自杀行为性质的认识与自我效能、自我接纳、问题解决、朋友支持、家庭支持与心理复原力总分呈正相关(P<0.05);医学生对自杀者的态度与自我效能、稳定性、问题解决呈正相关(P<0.05);医学生对自杀者家属的态度与自我效能、问题解决、朋友支持、家庭支持、心理复原力总分呈负相关(P<0.05);医学生对安乐死的态度与家庭支持成正相关,与稳定性、心理复原力总分呈负相关(P<0.05);心理复原力的不同维度对自杀态度有一定的预测作用(P<0.05)。结论:心理复原力是影响自杀态度的重要因素。Objective: To investigate suicide attitude and to explore the correlation between suicide attitude and resiliency in medical college students. Methods: 270 medical college students were surveyed by Suicide Attitude Questionnaire and Resiliency Scale of University Students. Correlation analysis and multiple stepwise analysis was applied in data analysis. Results: Medical college students hold contradictory or neutral attitudes to suicide. There was a a significant gender difference in medical college students attitude towards the self slayers' relatives( t =2.016, P <0.05). There was a a significant difference between medical college students attitude towards the character of suicidal behavior whether they are single children( t =2.104, P <0.05). There was significant positive correlation between understanding of suicide character and self-efficacy,self-acceptance,problem solving,the supprot from friends,the support from family,resiliency( P <0.05);there was significant positive correlation between attitude towards self slayers and self-efficacy,emotional stability,problem solving( P <0.05);there was significant negative correlation between attitude towards self slayers' relatives and self-efficacy,problem solving,the supprot from friends,the support from family,resiliency( P <0.05);there was significant positive correlation between attitude towards euthanasia and the support from family( P <0.05);there was significant negative correlation between attitude towards euthanasia and emotional stability,resiliency( P <0.05).The different dimensions of resiliency can predict suicide Suicide attitude to a certain extent( P <0.05). Conclusions: Resiliency was an important factor affecting the suicide attitude for medical college students.
